How to Choose a Smoko Blind Box Series Based on Your Favorite Foods and Characters

Quick Answer

If you love food-themed cuties, start with the Tayto Treats Bag Charm Blind Box or the Tayto Under the Sea Mini Blind Box Figure. If you prefer character variety and playful scenes, go for the Smoko Friends Island Life Blind Box Figure or the Smoko Friends Mimes Blind Box Figure. Beginners should pick a series with a lower price point to test the waters.

Smoko blind boxes come in many themes, from food-inspired characters to whimsical friends. Choosing the right series can feel overwhelming, especially when each box hides a surprise. The key is to match the series to your personal tastes—whether you're drawn to sweet treats, ocean adventures, or quirky characters.

This guide breaks down popular Smoko blind box series by their themes and price points, helping you decide which one fits your collection style. We'll also share tips for beginners and note which series might not be the best fit for certain collectors.

Match Your Food Cravings

Food-themed Smoko blind boxes are perfect for collectors who love cute, edible-inspired designs. The Tayto Treats Bag Charm Blind Box features dessert-inspired charms that attach to bags or keys, adding a playful twist to everyday carry. Each charm captures Tayto Potato's lovable couch potato vibe, dressed in pastry costumes.

If you prefer mini figures over bag charms, the Tayto Under the Sea Mini Blind Box Figure transforms Tayto into potato-fied sea creatures. This series is ideal for those who enjoy ocean themes and the thrill of discovering which underwater friend you've adopted. Both series offer a delightful surprise with every reveal.

• Consider whether you want a functional bag charm or a display figure.
• Check the price point: Tayto Under the Sea Minis are more budget-friendly at USD 3.50 per box.

Character-Driven Choices

If you're more into character variety and storytelling, the Smoko Friends series offers vibrant, personality-filled figures. The Smoko Friends Island Life Blind Box Figure takes your favorite pals on a tropical beach day, with colorful details and playful accessories. It's a great pick for collectors who love sunny, vacation vibes.

For a touch of silent comedy, the Smoko Friends Mimes Blind Box Figure brings playful poses and cheeky charm to your desk. These tiny mimes are perfect for those who appreciate whimsical, expressive characters. Both series are priced at USD 7.50 per box, making them a mid-range option.

• Think about the theme that resonates with you: beach day or silent comedy.
• Smoko Friends figures are great for display and desk decor.

Budget and Value Considerations

Smoko blind boxes vary in price, so it's wise to consider your budget before committing to a series. The Tayto Under the Sea Mini Blind Box Figure is the most affordable at USD 3.50, while the Tayto Treats Bag Charm Blind Box costs USD 8.00. The Smoko Friends figures sit in the middle at USD 7.50 each.

Remember that blind boxes are a surprise, so you might not get your favorite design on the first try. If you're on a tight budget, starting with a lower-priced series lets you enjoy the thrill without a big investment. For collectors who want a complete set, be prepared to buy multiple boxes.

• Set a spending limit before you start collecting.
• Consider trading with friends to complete sets without buying duplicates.
